8- Deliveries of online orders are made by distribution companies that are partners of 1-18scale or by post and within the scope of the terms and conditions practiced by these entities, 1-18scale may change these entities without prior notice and whenever it finds it required

9- 1-18scale will not be responsible to the user or third parties for withdrawing any product or service published on www.1-18scale.com or for changing or eliminating any information about them. Exceptional circumstances may occur that imply the refusal to process an online order, even after sending the order confirmation.

1-18scale reserves the right to refuse an order for several reasons, including:

· When the product or service is no longer available;

· In case of an incorrect price for an item or service;

· When the delivery or billing data is incomplete or incorrect;

· In case of impossibility of delivery to the address provided;

· In case of suspected false or fraudulent order;

· When the order was not paid within a maximum period of 2 days after its creation;

· In case of suspicion, the user does not comply with the site's conduct policy.

1-18scale reserves the right to inform the user about the refusal of the order in question and to propose or request alternative resolution solutions. In the absence of a consensual solution or contact with the user, the order will be canceled by 1-18scale, with a full refund of the amount paid by the user, to be returned by the same payment method.

10- Whenever it sees fit, 1-18scale may make commercial offers by providing promotional codes. A promotional code will enable the user to take advantage of a promotion related to the purchase of a specific item / service or a set of items / services during the period in which the respective promotional campaign is running.

The promotional code will automatically activate the discount to which it is associated, being immediately reflected in the final amount to be paid by the user, not being able to be exchanged for its cash value.

The use of each code is subject to the specific conditions of the promotional campaign in which it is inserted, so before making an online purchase, the user must check the conditions of the current campaign.

Promotional codes are only valid for purchases made at www.1-18scale.com.

1-18scale reserves the right to target online campaigns and promotions.

11- 1-18scale offers the user two forms of payment:

Multibanco or Bank Transfer Reference, providing the member with all the information necessary to make the respective payments. 1-18scale reserves the right, for internal management reasons, to use several bank accounts according to the markets of its customers, and for that purpose it can use accounts on behalf of 1-18scale and or its legal representatives for each region geographic.

12- The user can cancel the online order placed at www.1-18scale.com at any time until its delivery, with the right to a refund of the total amount paid.

After delivery of the order, the customer can proceed with the return of his order if it is not in accordance with the product / service purchased, however in cases of damage to the products caused by transport, 1-18scale is not responsible for them, being this responsibility attributed to the company / entity providing the transport service.

In case of return of item due to fault imputed to 1-18scale, it assumes the return shipping charges by paying the maximum amount of the cost paid on sending it to the customer. Reasons other than the error in sending the article by 1-18scale will not be accepted by 1-18cale for returning the articles.

13- AFFILIATE PROGRAM: if you want to promote the sale of our Products and Services on your website or social networks, you must fill the form available in our store. After your registration you will be contacted by our team to evaluate the your application. 1-18scale reserves the right to change this Affiliate Program commissions fee with no prior notice.

14- POINTS PROGRAM: our points program provides that each euro of purchase value our Members receive 1 point (1 € = 1 Point). These points aim to obtain discounts on future purchases by accumulating them. Thus, upon reaching 500 Shopping Points, the Member obtains a 10% Discount Voucher and at 1,000 Points obtain a 20% Discount Voucher, these Discount Vouchers.

15- In case of conflict or contractual resolution through legal channels, 1-18scale is governed by the general commercial law in force in the USA.
